Homeilove LLC ("HomeiLove", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and provides this page to explain your rights to opt out of certain disclosures, sales, sharing and uses of Personal Information where those rights apply under applicable U.S. privacy laws.
Depending on where you live and whether applicable law applies to HomeiLove, you may have the right to direct us not to sell or share your Personal Information for certain purposes.
In particular, certain U.S. privacy laws provide consumers with the right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information and/or the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar targeted advertising purposes.
For California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), provides a right to opt out of the sale of Personal Information and the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to applicable legal definitions and exceptions.
You may exercise applicable opt-out rights without creating a HomeiLove account. We will not require you to provide information that is not reasonably necessary to process your opt-out request.
Privacy laws may define the terms "sale" and "sharing" differently from their ordinary meaning.
Depending on the circumstances, certain disclosures of Personal Information to advertising, marketing, analytics or technology partners may be considered a "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," "cross-context behavioral advertising" or a similar regulated activity under applicable state law.
We do not sell your Personal Information in the traditional sense of selling a consumer database for money. However, certain advertising or technology activities may nevertheless be considered a sale or sharing under applicable privacy laws.
HomeiLove currently uses Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic, usage and performance.
We may also use advertising, marketing, measurement, analytics, retargeting or similar technologies in the future to display advertisements, measure advertising effectiveness, understand interactions with advertisements or provide more relevant advertising.
Where such technologies involve the disclosure of Personal Information that is considered a sale or sharing under applicable law, you may have the right to opt out of that activity.
Your opt-out choice does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. You may continue to receive contextual, general or non-personalized advertisements.
If you would like to exercise your applicable right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, you may contact us at:
Please include enough information for us to reasonably identify the information or browser/device associated with your request.
We will not require you to create an account solely to submit an opt-out request, and an opt-out request generally does not require identity verification to the same extent as requests to access or delete Personal Information.
Where we can process an opt-out without additional information, we will do so without requiring unnecessary information from you.
Where required by applicable law, HomeiLove will recognize qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing of Personal Information.
A qualifying opt-out preference signal may allow you to communicate your privacy preference automatically through your browser or device without submitting a separate request to HomeiLove.
If you use a qualifying opt-out preference signal, HomeiLove will process the signal in accordance with applicable law.
California currently requires covered businesses to honor qualifying opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out of sale or sharing.
Once we receive a valid opt-out request, we will take reasonable steps to stop applicable sale or sharing of your Personal Information as required by applicable law.
Under California law, a covered business must comply with an opt-out of sale or sharing as soon as feasibly possible and no later than 15 business days after receiving the request.
Where applicable, we may also notify third parties to whom your Personal Information was sold or shared after receiving your request and direct them to honor the applicable opt-out as required by law.
You may continue to receive advertising after opting out. An opt-out does not necessarily mean that advertising will disappear; it means that applicable sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activities covered by your opt-out will be restricted as required by applicable law.
An opt-out of sale or sharing does not necessarily prevent HomeiLove from disclosing Personal Information to service providers, contractors or other parties where the disclosure is permitted under applicable law and is necessary to provide, secure, maintain or operate the Services.
For example, HomeiLove may continue to use service providers for hosting, account authentication, security, payment processing, customer support, analytics, fraud prevention and other operational functions, subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
Submitting a Do Not Sell or Share request does not automatically delete your Personal Information or your HomeiLove account.
If you want to request deletion of your Personal Information, you may contact us at hello@homeilove.us or follow the applicable instructions in our Privacy Policy.
Depending on applicable law and your state of residence, you may also have rights to:
For additional information regarding these rights, please review our Privacy Policy.
If you are a California resident and the CCPA applies to HomeiLove's processing of your Personal Information, you may exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information.
California law also recognizes the right to opt out of sharing Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents may use this page or another mechanism provided by HomeiLove to submit an opt-out request. We will not require a verifiable consumer request solely to process an opt-out of sale or sharing.
If you previously opted out and later wish to authorize HomeiLove to sell or share your Personal Information where applicable, you may contact us at hello@homeilove.us and request to opt back in, subject to applicable law and any required consent process.
Where applicable law imposes restrictions on how or when a business may request or obtain authorization to opt back in, HomeiLove will follow those requirements.
If your opt-out preference is associated with a particular browser, device or identifier, you may need to submit the preference again if you use a different browser or device, delete relevant cookies or reset applicable identifiers, except where a qualifying universal opt-out preference signal or other applicable mechanism provides broader recognition.
HomeiLove may use cookies or similar technologies to remember applicable privacy choices where permitted or required by law.
HomeiLove will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights that apply to you under applicable law.
This does not prevent HomeiLove from offering different services, features, pricing or benefits where the difference is reasonably related to the value of data or is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, advertising practices, technology or applicable privacy laws.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
